Exemption Code	Choose the type of exemption from the pop-up menu. This exemption is a request from a parent/guardian, LEA or special education local plan area to a forego section of the California Education Code. Valid values: 1 – CAHSEE Math Waiver 2 – CAHSEE ELA Waiver 3 – CAHSEE Exemption Required for CALPADS State Business Rules: If the exception code is 1, 2, or 3, then the student must have a 144 or 101 program record.
