Student Participation and Engagement Class Audit

Introduction

This report helps you to generate a sortable list (CSV format) of classes/weeks for which a Daily Participation and Weekly Engagement form has not been submitted. Classes are included if they met at least one day during the week, had a student enrolled on at least one of its in-session days, and are not excluded from attendance. Results can be filtered by teacher and date range.

If you are on PS version 23.1 or higher and LTK Pref is enabled, when you run the reports with the selected school year 23-24 or higher, the mapped LTK grade values will be displayed. 

Selection Criteria

This report will generate a list of classes/weeks that meet the following criteria:

  • The class was taught by one of the teachers specified in the report parameters.
  • The week at least partially overlaps the date range specified in the report parameters.
  • The class was scheduled to meet on at least one day during the week.
  • At least one student was enrolled on an in-session day during the week.
  • The class belongs to the currently selected school.
  • No Daily Participation and Weekly Engagement form has been submitted for the class/week.

Note: This is a school-level report. Running from the district office will not return any results.

Select Teacher

Select the teacher(s) for whom you want to generate the report. Leave blank to include all teachers.

Start DateEnter the start date for the report
End DateEnter the end date for the report

Select Period

Select the period for which you want to print the report. Leave blank to include all periods.

Sort Option

Select from the following sort options:

  • Week, Teacher Last Name

  • Teacher Last Name, Week

Include Teacher's Email Address

Indicate if the teacher's email address should be included in the report output.

Click Submit. 

Report Output

Each of the fields displayed in the output of the report are described below. See Understanding the Report Output Tables for a definition of each column in the table.

Report Output Format: The report output format for this report is .csv and includes the following columns for each week and class meeting the selection criteria:
