CE Weekly Attendance Summary
Introduction
The Continuation Education (CE) Weekly Attendance Summary report is a weekly attendance summary for Continuation Education sections.
Use the CE Weekly Attendance Summary report to display attendance codes by section. Select a combination of teachers with day/period. Present and Absent codes will be displayed. The teacher must have a Staff Status equal to Teacher and a Status equal to Current to display in the list on the report runt page. The section or course must have a Program Type equal to your Continuing Education special program. Only the attendance codes entered will be displayed.
For Interval Attendance Mode, sections must be marked as Interval to display in the report.
If the student is not enrolled on the attendance day and Ever Enrolled is selected, the report will export NOT ENR for that student's attendance for that day.
Students who are not enrolled in the section during the date range selected will not show up on the report. Sections having no section enrollments will not show up on the report. The report will return an error page if the search criteria is invalid.
Note: This report includes weekends and out of session days so that unexpected closures can be audited.
