Report Descriptions

The following reports are available for AEP. For detailed information about a report, click the report name.

Report Name	Description
CE Weekly Attendance Summary	A weekly attendance summary for Continuation Education sections.
CE Hourly Attendance	A school level week-by-week detail of attendance and apportionment for Continuation Education students.
CE Monthly Attendance	A school level summary of enrollment and apportionment for Continuation Education students by grade level.
Student Attendance Register	Returns a week-by-week detail of attendance for Full Time Independent Study students. This is a school level report.
Attendance Summary by Grade - IS	Attendance Summary by Grade for the Full Time Independent Study program. This is a school level report.
Attendance Summary by Grade – SI Hourly	Attendance Summary by Grade for the Supplemental Instruction program. This is a school level report.
SI Monthly Attendance Audit	Supplemental Instruction Audit report. This is a school level report.
CDS Referral Method	Report of district level count of students enrolled in Community Day Schools broken down by method/reason for referral.
CDS Attendance Audit	Attendance audit report for Community Day School program.
Adult Education Enrollment	Adult Education Enrollment Report breaks down students by Seat-Time, Independent Study and student category.
