Guardian Information
Introduction
Guardian information can be entered using the PowerSchool Contact pages or the state-specific Guardian Information pages.
Using Contact Pages
Navigation:
Student Selection > Contacts
Select the contact's name to edit, or click Add to add a new contact. Refer to System Help in PowerSchool for more information.
To flag the contact as the student's legal guardian:
Click the contact's name or the edit button.
On the All tab on the Contact Details page, select Legal Guardian.
Click Submit.
You must be on PowerSchool 19.4.4 or above to access the Legal Guardian field.
To enter the address verification method for the contact's address:
Click the edit button in the Addresses table.
Enter the Verification Method.
Click Submit.
Using State-Specific Guardian Information Page
