State Reporting 22.1.1.1 Release Notes

CRDC Report (2020-2021): Version 1.0.0

A new version of the CRDC report is introduced to meet the requirements of the 2020-21 reporting cycle. The most notable changes from 2017-18 include:

• Support for sub-districts when answering the CRCO and HIBD elements on the LEA form.

• Additional columns in the audit files.

• Remote class enrollments are now counted in the appropriate subject categories at the students' home schools.

• Student selection is now based upon the “Exclude from CRDC” flag found on the students' CRDC setup page, instead of the “Exclude from State Reporting” flag found on the Edit Current/Previous Enrollment pages.

• Consolidation of incident counts in element OFFN-1. Offenses committed by staff members, as recorded in the new inputs on the school-level CRDC page, are added to those captured in Incident Management.

• STAFF-1 - STAFF-4 FTE counts can now be overridden by the new inputs on the school-level CRDC page. If any of these are left blank, the report continues to calculate them based on CALPADS Staff Assignment records

Note: Customers who are upgrading from State Reporting 21.12.3.0 may see the report version listed as 1.0 instead of 1.0.0. There is no functional difference in the report.
