CALPADS Extract Reports

Following is a description of the CALPADS Extract reports available in PowerSchool. For detailed information about a particular report, such as the selection criteria, the input required and the resulting report output, click the report name link.

All the CALPADS reports will now consider any grade level translated as 12 appended with text (Example: 12A, 12B ) to be grade level 12 while extracting the output.

Report Name	Description
SSID Enrollment Records SSID Enrollment Records (Records Missing)	Extracts SSID Enrollment Records for the assignment and maintenance of SSID enrollment information. This mode of the SSID Enrollment Records report displays records that do not satisfy the selection criteria of the SSID Enrollment extract and the reason the records are excluded.
Student Information Records Student Information Records Exceptions (Records Missing)	Extracts Student Information Records for the maintenance of student demographic and grade level information. This mode of the Student Information Records report displays records that do not satisfy the selection criteria of the Student Information extract and the reason the records are excluded.
Student Program Records	Extracts Student Program Records for the maintenance of student program information.
Student Incident Records Student Incident Records (Records Missing)	Extracts Student Incident Records for the maintenance of student discipline data. This mode of the Student Incident Records report displays records that do not satisfy the selection criteria of the Student Information extract and the reason the records are excluded.
Student Incident Results Records	Extracts Student Incident Result Records for the maintenance of student discipline data.
Student Offense Records	Extracts Student Offense Records for the maintenance of student discipline data.
Student Waiver Records	Extracts Student Wavier Records for Education Regulatory Exemptions granted, denied, and withdrawn over the course of the academic year
Student CTE Records	Extracts Student Career Technical Education (CTE) Records for CTE concentrators and completers over the course of the academic year.
Student EL Acquisition Records	Extracts Student EL Acquisition Records for the maintenance of student English language information.
Staff Demographics Records	Extracts Staff Demographic Records for the maintenance of staff demographic information.
Staff Assignment Records	Extracts Staff Assignment Records for all active staff members for the current academic year as of Census Day.
Course Section Records	Extracts Course Section Records for course section enrollment and completion information.
Student Course Section Records	Extracts Student Course Section Records for course section enrollment and completion information.
Student Absence Summary Records	Extracts Student Absence Summary Records for the assignment and maintenance of STAS information.
Postsecondary Status Report	Extracts Postsecondary Status Records for the maintenance of student postsecondary data.
CALPADS ODS File Upload	Use this page to upload the ODS download file generated by the CALPADS application (Reports - Extracts - ODS Extracts).
Utilities
CALPADS Student Program Utility	Creates CALPADS program records for active students that change schools or exit and return to a school
Update School Mobility Script	Update School Entry Date and School Entry Grade Level.
Update Student Program Fields	Updates student program field values based on eligibility or participation data in the CALPADS programs.
Increment Staff Years of Service	Increments the Total Years in this LEA and Total Years of Educational Service by one each time the report is run.
Primary Teacher Validation - Obsolete	Generates a zip file containing PDF and Excel files of potential validation issues that may occur when migrating TEACHERS information to the USERS table.
