Import CALPADS Student EL Acquisition Records

Student ELA history can be tracked as students may have more than one ELA record. You can create an import template, and import ELA records which are stored in the [ S_CA_STU_ELA_C] database extension.

  • [Students]DCID is used to match the imported record with the student.
  • To update or modify an existing record, the [S_CA_STU_ELA_C]ID should be populated.
  • If you are creating a new record, the [S_CA_STU_ELA_C]ID should be blank.
  • The S_CA_STU_ELA_C.StudentsDCID field associates the record with the student.
  • Make sure that School: District Office is selected.
