CA Weekly Attendance Summary (Daily)

Contents

Introduction

The Weekly Attendance Summary (Daily) report returns a weekly attendance summary by the teacher.

Use the Weekly Attendance Summary Daily (D) report to display attendance codes by day. Only daily attendance codes will be displayed on this report. Present codes are not displayed. If the student is not enrolled on the attendance day, the report will export N/E for that student’s attendance for that day.

The report will only return teachers who have students currently enrolled in a section. Additionally, the teacher must have a Staff Status equal to Teacher and a Status equal to Current to display in the list on the report run page.

Students who are not enrolled in the section during the date range selected will not show up on the report. Teachers who have sections having no section enrollments will not show up on the report. The report will return an error page if the search criteria is invalid.

Note: This report includes weekends and out-of-session days so that unexpected closures can be audited.
