Utilities

The following utilities are available to help you work with the data in PowerSchool for California. For further information about a utility, click the utility name.

Report Name	Description
CALPADS Student Program Utility	Creates CALPADS program records for active students that change schools or exit and return to a school
Update School Mobility Script	Update School Entry Date and School Entry Grade Level.
Update Student Program Fields	Updates student program field values based on eligibility or participation data in the CALPADS programs.
Increment Staff Years of Service	Increments the Total Years in this LEA and Total Years of Educational Service by one each time the report is run.
Primary Teacher Validation - Obsolete	Generates a zip file containing PDF and Excel files of potential validation issues that may occur when migrating TEACHERS information to the USERS table.
