The following utilities are available to help you work with the data in PowerSchool for California. For further information about a utility, click the utility name.

| CALPADS Student Program Utility | Creates CALPADS program records for active students that change schools or exit and return to a school |
| Update School Mobility Script | Update School Entry Date and School Entry Grade Level. |
| Update Student Program Fields | Updates student program field values based on eligibility or participation data in the CALPADS programs. |
| Increment Staff Years of Service | Increments the Total Years in this LEA and Total Years of Educational Service by one each time the report is run. |
| Primary Teacher Validation - Obsolete | Generates a zip file containing PDF and Excel files of potential validation issues that may occur when migrating TEACHERS information to the USERS table. |
