Search for CALPADS Student Program Enrollments
Use the CALPADS Student Program Enrollments search function to search for and select students based on program eligibility and enrollment. Search results include students who meet the following criteria:
The student is active (not exited or pre-registered) at the school.
The student has an active program enrollment (without an Education Program Membership End Date) on the CALPADS Edit Program Eligibility page.
The student is eligible for or participating in the program.
If you are logged into a school, the search results contain only students enrolled in that school. If you are logged into the district, the search results contain all students with a program record.
To search for CALPADS Student Program Enrollments:
On the go to People, Students, Students Search, CALPADS Student Program Enrollments - CA
Under California Special Functions, click CALPADS Student Program Enrollments. The CALPADS Student Programs page appears.

3. Click Display. The Enrolled Students: [Program Name] page appears.

The name of the student eligible for or enrolled in the program. | The student's the locally assigned student number (not the state student number). | The student's current grade level. | The student's Education Program Membership Code (Participating or Eligible). | The Education Program Membership Start Date. date the student became eligible for or enrolled in the program. |

To work with a student, click the name of the student
To create a selection of the students displayed on the page, click Make these students the current selection. The Group Functions page appears, enabling you to perform functions for the selected students. For information about the Group Functions page, see Help > System Help.
