PSSR-293646	All States/Provinces: Attendance Change History Report - Report Parameter Update	Attendance Change History Report: Version 1.1 The Attendance Change History report page has been updated and now the report parameter drop-down boxes will populate as expected after moving the view to a repo schema call.
PSSR-297153	All States/Provinces: Digital Equity & Learning Preference - Localization Update	Additional References: PSSR-297785 The Digital Equity & Learning Preferences screens in the portals listed below can now be localized: Admin Portal Parent Portal
PSSR-289865	All States/Provinces: Enrollment Entry-Exit Code List Changes	To support the Entry/Exit Code changes in PowerSchool 22.5.0 and maintain backward compatibility with earlier versions of PowerSchool, updates have been made and now the end users will see the following: PowerSchool version 22.5.0 (or greater) - The Entry/Exit Codes will show as inactive after the defined effective end date. PowerSchool versions prior to 22.5.0 - Entry/Exit Codes will behave as they always have (cannot be inactivated).
PSSR-280589	All States/Provinces: Student Incident Profile Update	Student incident Profile: Version 1.2 The Student Incident Profile report has been updated and will now print the incident description up to 4000 characters.
PSSR-248758	All States/Provinces: System Log Error - "Field not added due to unsupported attribute" Update	The validation has been updated and this error will no longer propagate in the system log.
PSSR-282994	All States/Provinces: Updated Contact Tracing System Report	Contact Tracing Report: Version 1.5 The Contact Tracing report has been updated to resolve the following error: ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row.
PSSR-282156	Attendance Summary By Grade - Audit table is not displaying Gain/Loss indicators	The report is updated to display the Gain or loss indicators in the student audit table. as expected.
PSSR-298009	Attendance Summary by Grade report: output values are not aligned properly under the column headers	Attendance Summary by Grade report alignment has been fixed for all columns in the table.
PSSR-297843	CA - Display Issue When Attempting to Generate the 'Attendance Summary by Grade' Report	Report Name: Attendance Summary by Grade: Version 1.7 The Attendance Summary By Grade Report page is updated to ensure that the check-boxes for selecting Special Programs are properly aligned.
PSSR-259722	California Transcript - Option to allow extraction of either Legal or Preferred Name	Report: Student Transcripts Report/California Transcripts: Version 4.1 An option to "Extract Legal Name“ has been added in the ‘Data to be Filled’ section of the report parameters. To have the student's legal name extracted, select this option before generating the report. If the box is left unchecked, the student’s preferred name will be extracted by default.
PSSR-293080	CALPADS - Updated Logic for Displaying Primary Residence Options	The Primary Residence Field option list is updated to display both CALPADS and Local Use codes for all customers.
PSSR-296473	CALPADS: 122 Program Eligibility - The School of Attendance on the Program Record is not Automatically Applied to Linked Service Records	The default logic for creating Services records has been updated to apply the School of Attendance set in the parent program record. This value can still be overridden in at the individual Service Record level.
PSSR-293421	CALPADS: 122 Program Eligibility does not auto-apply the School of Attendance to added services	The logic for creating new Services records has been updated to ensure that the School of Attendance is set to match the parent program record unless an override value has been populated.
PSSR-293795	CALPADS: Postsecondary Status Extract (PSTS) - Validation Incorrect For "Industry Field can not be blank if Post2ndProgram is : (200)."	Postsecondary Status: Version 1.8 The validation logic for the Industry Field is updated and will only generate an error regarding a missing value when the ‘Industry Field’ is empty/null and the ‘Postsecondary Program’ is set to a value of 910, 920 or 930.
PSSR-296155	CALPADS: Staff Assignment - Error Regarding an Invalid Code Combination is Being Generated Erroneously	Validation logic on the Staff Assignment data entry page is updated to prevent invalid errors from being generated for valid code combinations.
PSSR-297924	CALPADS: Student Absence Summary Report (STAS) - Update to Handle Duplicate Entry codes	Student Absenteeism Report: Version 2.9 Student Absenteeism Report has been updated to use the most recent entry code in cases where there are duplicate entry codes.
PSSR-138638	CBEDS School Information Form (SIF) - Request to Auto-populate Count Dates	Now the following default dates will be auto-populated on the report parameters “CBEDS Count Date“ and “Last Year’s CBEDS Count Date“ “CBEDS Count Date” logic should be the first Wednesday of October of the currently selected year. “Last Year’s CBEDS Count Date” logic should be the first Wednesday of October of the previous year.
PSSR-115876	EOY Process Enhancement to Exit CALPADS Concurrent (Non-Primary) Enrollments	The CALPADS/CASEMIS Program/Service End of Year Preferences page is updated to add an option to enable Concurrent enrollments processing. “Enable CALPADS Concurrent Enrollment processing during EOY Process” When this preference is set to Yes, the End of year (EOY) Process will end all CALPADS Concurrent (Non-Primary) Enrollments automatically. The Exit Code for the concurrent enrollment will be set to E-170 and the exit date will be populated as appropriate.
