Health Info Report: Version 1.1

The report is now updated to pull the data from Student Contacts.

A new “Digital Equity & Learning Preference Search” link is added to the special functions page and will allow users to search for Digital Equity & Learning Preference records using configurable filters.

The config files have been modified and are now only called through the re-initialization cycle. This will improve SRP startup times and avoid previously reported failures.

When the "Prevent Attendance page submit if blank attendance is used (PowerTeacher)" pref is checked on the Attendance Preferences page on the admin portal, the Sub Teacher is not able to submit attendance if blank attendance is used for Single day attendance and Seating Chart.

A new option was added to the report runtime parameters:

• Make Effective Start Date Match Enrollment Start Date

When this option is selected, the ‘Effective Start Date’ for each record will be populated using the enrollment start date from the student’s school enrollment.

The report versions listed above have been updated to automatically populate the Census Date parameter using the first Wednesday in October for the selected school year.

The page logic is updated to ensure the following behavior:

When populating the "Preferred Gender" field, the following options will be displayed:

• Female (F)
• Male (M)

When populating the "Legal Gender" field, the following options will be displayed:

• Female (F)
• Male (M)
• Non-Binary (X)

Report: SSID/ Student Enrollment Extract: Version 8.1

The report logic is updated to prevent students from outside the selected school from being included in the output.
