The reposchema is updated with a precondition to ensure the script runs (at the correct time); This will ensure all reports load as expected on the System Reports tab.

  1. The report now ignores any value set for the District of Residence when ‘Report by District of Residence’ to set to ‘No’.

  2. The report will no longer generate duplicate rows for students when when ‘Report by District of Residence’ to set to ‘Yes’.

  3. The report will no longer generate duplicate rows for students when being run with one or more special programs selected

  4. The report will now calculate losses and ending in total for students who enter/exit programs during the reporting period.

  5. The report will now output results for all students, as expected.

Attendance Summary By Grade Report 2.0 - Additional Logic Changes

The updated logic for reporting excluded and Ineligible / non-ADA enrollments is outlined below:

  1. When the report parameter: ‘Implement the 'Exclude from ADA' flag to exclude such enrollment records from this report ' is set to 'No’:

    1. Enrollments where the assigned FTE has all conversions mapped to an attendance value of 0 will be displayed in the report output as ‘IE’ (Ineligible), regardless of the value set for ‘Exclude this enrollment from CA ADA Reporting”.

    2. Enrollments where the assigned FTE is set to count for ADA will have these days reported normally, regardless of the value set for ‘Exclude this enrollment from CA ADA Reporting”.

  2. When the report parameter: ‘Implement the ‘Exclude from ADA’ flag to exclude such enrollment records from this report ' is set to ‘Yes’:

    1. A student with multiple enrollments will be included in the report output when at least one enrollment has the “Exclude this enrollment from CA ADA Reporting” set to ‘No’.

      • Enrollments that meet the following conditions will be displayed in the audit table normally:

        1. “Exclude this enrollment from CA ADA Reporting” is set to “No”

        2. The assigned FTE is set to count for ADA.

      • Enrollments that meet the following conditions will be displayed in the audit table  as ‘IE’ (ineligible):

        1. “Exclude this enrollment from CA ADA Reporting” is set to ‘No”

        2. The assigned FTE has all conversions mapped to an attendance value of 0.

      • Enrollments that meet the following conditions will be displayed in the audit table as ‘EX’ (excluded):

        1. “Exclude this enrollment from CA ADA Reporting” is set to ‘Yes’.

        2. The assigned FTE is set to count for ADA.

      • Enrollments that meet the following conditions will be displayed in the audit table as ‘NE”

        1. “Exclude this enrollment from CA ADA Reporting” is set to ‘Yes’.

        2. The assigned FTE has all conversions mapped to an attendance value of 0.

  3. Enrollments where ‘Exclude this enrollment from CA ADA Reporting’ is set to “Yes” will be excluded from the report results and are not considered in the following calculations:·     

    1. Actual Days

    2. Off track

    3. Days N/E

    4. Days Ineligible

    5. Days Absent

    6. Days Attended

CALPADS Student Program Utility: Version 2.4

Updated the report to prevent the following error from occurring:

  • Failed ORA-06512: at "PS.CA_CALPADS_COMMON"
