Per the updated guidelines for the 23-24 Submission, the non-binary elements will appear in the report output without limitations, and the result will be displayed accordingly.

The below-mentioned updates or changes are now available to accommodate the CRDC 23-24 requirements:

  • The CSV and PDF CRDC files are updated to include the 23-24 updates for Mechanical Restraint, Physical Restraint, and Seclusion data.

  • The School submission files have now been combined into 1 file.

  • The CSV and PDF files are updated to accommodate PSCH-2a to 2d and DISC-1a to 1d logic.

The Justice 4 logic of the CRDC report has now been updated to consider 180 days per the updated logic.

    • For N: PSCH-2a & DISC-1a: Preschool English Learner Indicator should be N or Y.

  • For PSCH 2b:

CA - Student Accommodation Test Settings API - New Module

A new module for sending and receiving the student Accommodation Test Setting data, via an API connection directly from PowerSchool SIS to TOMS is available.

A preference has been added to enable or disable this feature, available at the “District Management > District Setup > District Info” with the field name “Enable Accommodation Test Settings API Function“.

After enabling the preference, the users will be able to see a new link under “Select Student > Compliance > Student Detail” called “Student Accommodation”.

The Student Accommodation has two types of tests ELPAC and CAASPP for which the accommodation data can be modified.

Under each test, the user can select between assignment types. On each assignment type, the options of retrieve, update and save is available. Only the users with assigned edit access can see the update option, else, only retrieve will be available for read only mode.

The Accommodation Test Settings will be available for each student at the teacher portal as read only mode.

A checkbox is available at the student info page to identify a student as IEP. If this checkbox is selected for a student, no data will be changed from PowerSchool SIS in the TOMS server.
