Data Entry Updates
A new field has been added to the “State/Province – CA > Graduation and UC/CSU Information” student: page

Graduation Exemption Indicator
- Indicates whether or not a student was exempted from graduation requirements.
- Required when the student’s School Completion Status is set to a value of 100

Valid options include:

(NULL) Not Applicable - default value
Yes
No

SSID Enrollment Records Report: Version 8.5
The SSID Enrollment Records report is updated to include the new column for reporting “Graduation Exemption Indicator”. When the School Completion Status is 100, the Graduation Exemption Indicator is required to be populated (Y/N). A validation error will show if the Graduation Exemption Indicator is populated and the School Completion Status is set to any value other than 100.
