Health: Certification Status Codes
These codes are set up at the District level (Start Page > District Setup > Health Setup > Grade Entry Level Certification > Certification Status Values). The data is stored in [HealthScreenLookup]. See District Setup for more information about each field.
State Code | Grade Level | Description |

A | 7 | All Requirements Met |
B | 7 | Current up-to-date, but more doses due later |
O | 7 | Out of compliance |
