State Reporting 23.3.2.0 Release Notes

All CA state-specific pages have been updated to honor any LTK grade-level translations added by customers who are running PowerSchool version 23.1.0 or higher. The exception to this is a handful of pages that have hard-coded option sets that include AD, TD, PS, IN, etc. These pages will be updated in a future release

NOTES: 

• Customers should not change their grade level designations until they are ready to start the 23-24 school year. Making these changes before the 22-23 school year is complete will cause problems with your state reporting for the current year.
• The required reporting changes will not be available until the summer of 2023.

The state page URLs have been updated to add missing FRN keys, a technical update that is required to make the localization function work on the state pages.

Staff Demographics Records Report: Version: 4.0

The Staff Demographics Records Report has been updated to prevent the users from adding a “Census Date“, “Start Date“, or “End Date“ that is greater than the system date. It will also prevent from running the report from entering a “Start Date“ that is greater than the “End Date“ as report input parameters.

Staff Assignment Audit Report: Version 1.1

The reporting logic has been updated to identify records that are missing a value for the TeacherID, so that the records can be corrected.

Monthly Student Attendance Report: Version 2.3

Updated the Attendance Mode dropdown and Attendance Conversion dropdown to show the options based on the Configuration.

The Career and Technical Education (CTE) data entry page has been updated to navigate between the selected students without changing the page from CTE data entry UI.
