The Import ID Look-Up functionality will no longer fail if the file contains an ID number that is not in PowerSchool. In this scenario, the result file (with the selected ID’s appended) will return the following verbiage:

Attendance Change History Report: Version 1.2

The following updates have been made to the Attendance Change history report:

• The “Changed by” column is now updated to show the correct information when changes are made via the plugin.

• The Change Date/Time column and the current timestamp at the bottom of the report output will now display the time the attendance was modified, based on the time zone of the app server.

CALPADS Special Education Submission - Database Structure Updates

CALPADS Special Education Submissions - To accommodate the state’s updated design for 23-24 SPED submissions, new standalone tables are available to store data that is synchronized with the PowerSchool Special Programs product (PSSP). This data will be sent to the state using preexisting API functionality. The updated submission files and table names are listed below:

1. Special Education Status (SWDS) file. Table Name S_CA_CALPADS_SWDS_REC_S

2. Special Education Plan (PLAN) file. Table Name S_CA_CALPADS_PLAN_REC_S

3. Special Education Meeting (MEET) file. Table Name S_CA_CALPADS_MEET_REC_S

The reporting logic has been updated to ensure that a leading zero in the sub-district number is extracted properly, preventing the following validation error from being generated:
