All States/Provinces: Hepatitis B Vaccine Compliance Issue Fix

The compliance logic has been updated and will now correctly evaluate the student as compliant if the 3rd dose was given 24 weeks after the student's DOB.

All States/Provinces: Student Screen Access checkboxes removal from Group Security

The Student Screen Access checkboxes have been removed from the Group Security settings page in PowerSchool version 24.5.0. Due to this change, Compliance pages have been updated and page permissions will be automatically created or updated based on the existing settings on the group.

The changes made in the Immunization rules for ages above 18 to completely make the students compliant has been rectified. Additionally, the incorrect compliance status for DTap vaccine on the Blue card report which wasn’t matching with the compliance status on the UI has been rectified.

CA New Sub-District Number Override Field

A new field has been added in the State Information section of the New/Edit Sub-District pages called “School Natural ID Override“ which is used for the API integration with ETS for getting score reports. If this field is populated, this Sub-District number is used for generating the “School Natural ID“ so that the expected ID can be sent for the API connection when the given regular sub-district number fails.
