State Reporting 23.3.1.0 Release Notes

Attendance Summary by Grade Report: Version 2.2

The following reporting logic updates have been implemented:

• The report will no longer fail when run by ‘District of Residence’ for districts with a large number of Districts of Residence defined.
• The 'Group by teacher 'parameter has been temporarily removed from the report. We will be updating the reporting logic for this setting, and the parameter will be added back when that work is complete.
• Values for students enrolled in a program will be displayed in the section of the report output designated for ‘Students In’ the selected program. Previously, these numbers were incorrectly included in the 'Students Not In' selected program.

Attendance Summary by Grade Report: Version 2.2
The reporting logic for the Attendance Summary by Grade Report has been updated to generate results for a single selected school, even in cases where the selected school has been excluded from state reporting.

Attendance Summary by Grade Report: Version 2.2
The Audit Table section has been updated to ensure a single row is displayed per student in all scenarios, with accurate values for all days and columns.

Attendance Summary by Grade Report: Version 2.2
The reporting logic has been updated to display N/E days accurately and to prevent a negative value from appearing for students who have a grade level change combined with one or more program enrollments during the reporting date range.
