Graduation Set (Setup)

Grad Set – must have seven requirements.

The graduation set must have seven requirements. Start Page > School Setup > Graduation Sets.

Graduation Set (Setup)

The Grade set selected is not in the current school.

The graduation set must be associated with the current school. Start Page > School Setup > Graduation Sets.

Graduation Set (Setup)

The graduation set name must contain UC and/or CSU. Start Page > School Setup > Graduation Sets.

Graduation Requirements (Setup)

Each Requirement – must have Prerequisite Hours Entered.

Each graduation requirement must contain a value for Prerequisite Hours, i.e. the number of credit units required to satisfy the requirement. Start Page > School Setup > Graduation Sets > Edit Requirement.

Graduation Requirements (Setup)

For Each Requirement, if Course Group selected, Course Group must be picked (cannot be empty).

For each requirement, if Courses in this group is selected, a course group must be listed in the pop-up menu.

Note: PowerSchool recommends that you use the course group option when setting up graduation requirements. For more information, see Define Course Sets for Graduation

For Each Requirement, if Course List selected, Courses must be listed (cannot be empty).

For each requirement, if These course numbers is selected, course numbers must be listed in the text box. Start Page > School Setup > Graduation Sets > Edit Requirement.

For Each Requirement, if Credit Type selected, Credit Type must be listed (cannot be empty).

For each requirement, if Courses with these credit types is selected, credit types must be listed in the text box. Start Page > School Setup > Graduation Sets > Edit Requirement.

Graduation Requirements (Setup)

For Each Requirement, if Any option is selected, this is an error.

For each requirement, Any course at all cannot be selected. Start Page > School Setup > Graduation Sets > Edit Requirement.

Student Name

Full name of student cannot be empty.

Populate the student's name on the Demographics student page.
