Student Public Health (STIX) Data Extract: Version 3.1

Performance improvement has been made to the STIX report by changing the SQL using UPPER(NAME) on the Prefs table to LOWER(name) based on the indexes.

Made internal improvements to the Create Class Codes report to only process data that is used by the report. No change to the report output.

Display issues in Language Program Minutes Page

Several display issues related to viewing and editing the Language Program Minutes page when the Enhanced User Interface option is enabled. We have addressed the following issues:

 1 - Displaying Correct Breadcrumbs:

Previously, when navigating from the District Office to the Language Program Minutes section, incorrect breadcrumbs were displayed. We have rectified this issue to ensure that the correct breadcrumbs are now shown, providing users with clear navigation paths.

 2 - School Name Formatting:

In the New and Edit pages of Language Program Minutes, spaces in school names were replaced by a "+" character, causing confusion. The New and Edit pages now will display school names without any formatting issues.

 3 - Submitting New Program Minutes Records:

Previously, after submitting new program minutes records, users were redirected to a blank Language Program Minutes page. We have identified and fixed this issue, ensuring that users are redirected to a page where the records are accurately displayed after submitting new program minutes records.

EQAO Extracts - Updated Extracts with XML Output and Excel Output File Option

EQAO Report: Version 7.2

EQAO Grade 10 OSSLT and EQAO Grade 3 and 6 extracts are enhanced to allow users to generate XML output in addition to the existing Excel output. With this update, users will have the flexibility to choose their desired format for the upload. The XML output resolved the current issues with the Excel output. The XML output does not require any editing before uploading it to the Ministry. It is ready to be submitted without any additional steps.

New Rule Added to the OnSIS Data Validation Report

OnSIS Data Validation: Version 3.3

The report is enhanced to identify a student that would generate critical error MSE0194. If the school is Online then Board Residence Status for students belonging to that school should be 08 or 09. Otherwise, those students will be listed under Validation Error Viewer for General Validation, October, March, or June Submission.
