PSSR-243667	OCAS - Electronic Transcript	OCAS - Electronic Transcript: Version 1.5 The student name is now included in the OCAS - Electronic Transcript report output filename.
PSSR-246881	OnSIS CTCC - Remove Student_MIN_Number	OnSIS CTCC Submission: Version 3.7 Starting April 1, 2020, Student_MIN_Number is no longer included in the report.
PSSR-239385	OnSIS Elementary & Secondary- SAVE SPED XML Segments into Permanent tables	Additional Reference: PSSR-239394 OnSIS Elementary School Submission: Version 13.7 OnSIS Secondary School Submission: Version 15.7 When the SAVE XML field is selected, the SPECIAL_EDUCATION segment data is saved to S_ON_STU_XML_SPED_C.
PSSR-247980	OnSIS PAE File Import - Enhance EXSMS-0003 SMS Student School Enrolment Import - Ministry Updates 2020-2021	The PAE import is updated to support the new Ministry layout for the EXSMS-003 School Enrollment file. Two new fields, Gender_type and Gender_Desc, are added to the ON_School_Enrollments PAE table to be used for the Gender and Specify values from the EXSMS-003 PAE file.

PSSR-249243	OnSIS Secondary – Educator Gender Changes – Ministry Update 2020–2021	OnSIS Secondary School Submission: Version 15.8 OnSIS Elementary School Submission: Version 13.8 The reports are enhanced to include GENDER_TYPE under SCHOOL_EDUCATOR_ASSIGNMENT starting with the 2020-2021 school year.
PSSR-239402	OnSIS Verification Details – Create Section J – Education for Students Receiving Special Education Programs and Services Details Report	Additional Reference: PSSR-239401 OnSIS Verification - Details Report: Version 1.2 Section J report is added to the OnSIS Verification Details report. This report lists the students receiving Special Education Programs and Services. A new option to allow running this report is added to the OnSIS Verification - Details run page. The OnSIS Verification Details Report can be run from the district level as well as the school level. It runs for the different submissions ( October, March, and June ) for elementary and secondary schools. Saving OnSIS XML is a pre-requisite for running this report. Refer to the Online Help for details.
PSSR-239399	OnSIS Verification Summary – Section J – Education for Students Receiving Special Education Programs and Services Summary Report	Additional Reference: PSSR-239400 OnSIS Verification - Summary Report: Version 1.2 The Section J report is added to the OnSIS Verification Summary report. This report shows the summary counts of students receiving Special Education Programs and Services. The report is printed following the Section E Summary report. The OnSIS Verification Summary Report can be run from the district level as well as the school level. It runs for the different submissions ( October, March, and June ) for elementary and secondary schools. Saving OnSIS XML is a pre-requisite for running this report. Refer to the Online Help for details.
PSSR-246074	OUAC Transmission - New Data Transmission Added after the 1st Data Transmission - Ministry Updates 2020-2021	OUAC report version 7.8 The OUAC report is enhanced to support a new transmission, OUAC 1st Data Re-transmission. This transmission, along with all data sent in OUAC 1st transmission, includes midterm marks for first semester courses and any dropped courses belonging to the transmission period. The report continues to create both a transmission data file and a transmission report file. The transmission report file contains a subset of the data contained in the transmission data file in a more readable format. File names have the same form as the 1st data Transmission: X999999.U1 where: X is either 'S' for a data file or 'R' for a report file 999999 is the 6 digit BSID (MIDENT) school number for the school associated with the file.
PSSR-246590	School Edit Page – Add New Transmission Date for the New OUAC Transmission	A new date field, OUAC Re-Transmission 1 Date, is added to the Edit School page (both at school level and district level) so users can enter the transmission date after OUAC 1st Re-transmission is completed. This date is used by the OUAC 1st Data Re-transmission to calculate dropped courses. The date entered must be greater than OUAC 1st transmission date.
PSSR-248719	Transcript – Enhance Community Hours Calculation Logic – Ministry Updates 2020–2021	Ontario Student Transcript: Version 6.9 The logic for Community Involvement Calculation is updated. For students working towards their OSSD or OSSD/SHSM diploma: Starting with the 2020-2021 school year, the Completed field will be selected if the student completed 20 or more community hours. The N/A field will be marked with "X" for students who graduated between March 13, 2020, and the start date of the 2020-2021 academic school year.
