PSSR-251589	Elementary Report Cards (1-6, 7-8) - Support cross enrolled students	Additional References: PSSR-250474, PSSR-250473, PSSR-251591 Elementary Report Cards (1-6) - GradeBook: Version 5.0 Elementary Report Cards (7-8) - GradeBook: Version 5.7 Additional checkbox parameter on the reports run page to "Include Cross Enrolled Students" is added. This flag is Off by default. User should select this flag to print the report cards for cross enrolled students and should specify 'Include students Dropped/transferred out on or after date' is to exclude cross enrolled students who dropped or transferred before the specified date. Only reporting periods where the students are cross enrolled at the school are printed. School Information of the cross enrolled school is printed on the report. Only classes taken in the cross enrolled school are considered. Teacher name, Co-teacher, Marks, flags and comments are printed from the cross enrolled school. The report will look at the special programs assigned to the students at their home school. ( French exempt, French special programs…etc.) Attendance - Times Late and Total Times Late are calculated for the cross enrolled school. Attendance - Days Absent are the student’s combined absences entered during the reporting period in the main and/or cross enrolled school. Attendance - Total Days Absent: Report Period One: Days absent from the start of school year thru to the end of Report Period one. Report Period Two: Days absent from the start of school year thru to the end of the school year Note: Main School 'Count attendance from another school flag' must be ON for the cross enrolled absences to be included in the calculation otherwise only the main school recorded absences will be printed. Course Medians printed on Elementary 7-8 report cards are calculated based on the marks for all students in the same grade level across all classes at the school at which the course is taken. When printing the report card for a cross enrolled student from their main school, marks posted on the cross enrolled school will be printed on the report. PSSR-251442	EQAO - Math Grade 9 - Enhance Student Selection Criteria	EQAO Extracts: Version 4.10 The EQAO Extracts now pulls students who are enrolled in math courses when the class ends between the specified date range on the report run page, even if the course has not yet started. The students may or may not be active at the school on the day the report run.
PSSR-250472	EQAO Extracts – File Name Changes	EQAO Extracts: Version 4.10 A new field named Assessment is added to the report run page. It is a ministry requirement to include the assessment upload value in the EQAO Grade 9 Math file name. Select the assessment upload values that represents which upload you are running. The list includes 9A, 9B, 9C, 9D, 9E, 9F, and 9G.
PSSR-252256	EQAO Extracts- EnrolledOntario Field Updates	EQAO Extracts: Version 4.10 Changes released for PSSR-246182 in the Provincial Reporting October 20.10.1.0 minor release caused the EnrolledOntario field to be incorrectly calculated. This issue has been fixed.
PSSR-252125	Kindergarten Communication of Learning - Support cross enrolled students	Kindergarten Communication of Learning Report Card: Version 2.7 An additional parameter to Include Cross Enrolled Students is added to the report run page. This flag is Off by default. Select this flag to print the report cards for cross enrolled students. User should specify 'Include students Dropped/transferred out on or after date' to exclude cross enrolled students who dropped their classes before the specified date. The student is included if the student is cross enrolled in the reporting period selected. School Information of the cross enrolled school is printed on the report. PSSR-251325	OnSIS Secondary, Enrollment Repor and Fields report - Enhance High Credit FTE Calculation	OnSIS Secondary Submission: Version 15.9 Enrolment Report: Version 5.0 EnrolmentFields Report: Version 3.9 As per the ministry guidelines, 55-hour upgrading courses offered in the summer of 2020 are added to the current list of exemptions for the 34-credit calculation. Reports are enhanced not to consider courses with Other Course Info - Upgrading Course field selected in the 34-credit calculations.
PSSR-249988	Status Sheet - Support Cross-enrolled Students	Additional Resources: PSSR-249987 Ontario Student Status Report: Version 7.3 A new parameter to Include Cross-Enrolled Students is added to the report run page. For cross-enrolled students, the report output is the same when printed from the home or cross-enrolled school. The current courses section includes all courses the student is currently taking regardless of school.
PSSR-243873	Student Birthday List Report Update	The list of students will now be returned if the user enters a start and end date that span multiple years.
