Enrolment Fields: Version 4.0

A new parameter, School uses Quad/Octomesters setup, is added to the report page. Use this parameter to indicate that schools use the Quad/Octomester model. When the field is selected, the Attendance Type, Enrolled Minutes, Regular Minutes, Regular FTE, Board Residence Status, and Is Independent Study Student fields are calculated using the new ministry rules for the 2020-21 school year.

High credit calculations will be updated to use the new rules and will be released in a future release.

Enrolment Report (Secondary Quad/Octomesters Setup): Version 1.0

A new report, Enrolment Report (Secondary Quad/Octomester Only), is now available to generate the Full Time and Part Time registers for schools running a quadmester or octomester schedule.

For auditing purposes, the minutes of instruction calculated on the 16th day of each quad or octomester are displayed on the enrolment summary pages.
The Enrolment Details page includes a new column, Explanation, to provide details on the enrolment.

The report includes Monthly Summary, Enrolment Details, Enrolment Summary, and Tuition Details pages for full time and part time registers. Enrolment Summary for School and Part Time SAL pages are no longer applicable and are removed from the report.
