Provincial Reporting 21.6.2.0 Release Notes

Attendance Profile Report: Version 1.1
The Attendance Profile report PDF library is updated and the pagination from ‘Page X of Y’ to ‘Page X’.

Additionally, due to the large PDF size that can result if the report is run for a large selection of students, a validation is added to the report page to restrict the number of students to 200.

The RecompilePSSchema.sql files for all states are updated with the compile_all => FALSE constraint, in the DBMS_UTILITY function.

Digital Equity and Learning Preferences page is updated to show the data while editing, even if there are special characters inside the data.

The Miscellaneous page in District is updated to save the Pref to Enable Digital Equity and Learning Preference in the Public Portal correctly.

Continuing Education: Register of Enrolment in Correspondence Self-Study e-Learning Courses: Version 3.3

Report enhanced to calculate the student attendance type for the count dates (Oct/Mar) based on the sum of the student FTE at all schools the student was enrolled in the semester the count date falls in.
Student Attendance Type is considered FT if FTE is >= 0.7 otherwise PT.

Enrolment Report: Version 5.2
Incorrect number of Part-Time and Full-Time students if the first day on the calendar is not in-session day. This issue has been resolved. When the first day is not an in-session day, the report uses the first in-session day in the term.

• If the student entry date is before the first in-session day in the semester then minutes and FTE are calculated based on the first in-session day in the semester.

• Student class enrolments that started before the first in-session date, minutes, and FTE are calculated based on the first in-session day of the class term. Student class enrollments that started and ended before the first in-session day are ignored.

Pages are enhanced to display fields under the ECPP Section only when the ECPP School flag is turned on. Affected pages are:

• District > Schools/School Info > Edit School

• Start Page > Special Functions > Edit School

New field Designated School (ELem) is added on the Edit School Pages. This field is only visible to ECPP schools with both elementary and secondary grade levels. The field is used to specify the elementary designated school. The existing Designated School field is used to specify the secondary designated school.

OnSIS ECPP Submission: Version 4.2
Report enhanced to use the designated school set on the student’s school enrolment to populate DESIGNATED_SCHOOL_NUMBER tag, and if not defined to use the new Designated School (Elem) field. This change applies to elementary students.

OCAS Transmission: Version 8.1

OUAC Transmission: Version 8.2

G1 records are missing for some students. This issue has been fixed.

Daily Attendance Record: Version 3.0
For Elementary Schools, the report now prints Teacher and Homeroom for the school running the report as per the effective date, if the homeroom could not be identified on the effective date, then fields are printed from the latest school.

OnSIS Elementary: Version 14.5
Elementary report updated to use the FTL template so that large reports do not have issues completing due to memory issues.

OnSIS Verification Summary and Details reports enhanced by adding Section G1 - Native Language by Minutes report. This report applies only to elementary students. OnSIS Verification Summary/Details Reports can be run at the district and school level. It runs for different submissions (October, March, and June).

Reports are enhanced to print 0.00 instead of no value in the <EARNED_CREDIT_VALUE> tag under the <STUDENT_CLASS_ENROLMENT> segment. This resolves the issue of getting an OnSIS error due to blank <EARNED_CREDIT_VALUE>.

OnSIS Night School Submission: Version 9.0
Reports are enhanced to set the COURSE_DELIVERY_TYPE to 1 - Regular when the section delivery type is blank ([S_ON_SEC_X]Delivery_Type is undefined) when running the submission for the year 2020-2021 onwards.
