OnSIS Verification Summary - Section T
Section T - Enrollment by Age, Gender and Type of Diploma/Certificate - Secondary Only
The Section T (Enrolment by Age, Gender and type of Diploma/Certificate Summary) report collects aggregate figures for enrollment by age, gender, and type of diploma or certificate. You can run this report only for secondary schools.
Selection Criteria
Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.
School Selection
Schools that have Exclude From State Reporting ([Schools]State_ExcludeFromReporting) selected are not included.
Student Selection
For the selected Academic Year, School BSID, Submission type:
Choose a student from the school enrollment permanent table where [S_ON_STU_XML_SCHOOL_ENROL_C]Stu_Brd_Res_Stat_Type <> 08 (Shared) and <> 09 (E-learning). Shared and E-learning students are excluded from the report.
The report must include Active Students only. The student does not have an Enrollment End Date prior to or on the Count Date for the submission period. The student is active when:
Enrolment_End_Date is null or greater than the count date.
All other students are considered to be Inactive and are to be ignored.
A student can also be non-enrolled (STUDENT_NON_ENROLMENT segment generated for the student, which is recorded in the correspondent permanent table.
A student that achieved a diploma (with or without Ontario Scholars) or is a Student with Ontario Scholars only (when correspondent fields are populated in the permanent table).

Diplomas for Academic Year | A label that identifies the year when the listed students earned their diploma. | Derived from Diploma_Certificate_Issued based on the predefined academic year date range of September 1, YYYY to August 31, YYYY+1. For example, if the Diploma Date of Issuance is equal to June 30, 2007, the Academic Year would be 2006-2007. For Ontario Scholars Only is derived from the ONTARIO_SCHOLARSHIP_DATE

Age | The student's age as of December 31 of the school year. Age groups printed on the report:
