PSSR-229590	Enrol New Student Page And Demographic Page Enhancements	Additional Reference: PSSR-22959 The Enrol New Student and Demographic pages are enhanced so that when S (Prefer to specify) is chosen, a description field is displayed and when O (Other) is chosen, a drop-down list is displayed. The drop-down list is populated with values from the Gender child table. Note: Special setup is required to activate this functionality. Refer to the Ontario Online Help for setup instructions.
PSSR-229026	EQAO - Grade 10 OSSLT - Missing Students	EQAO Extract: Version 4.8 Some students were not included in the Grade 10 OSSLT extract because the Alt Course Number was missing for some of their courses. The report is now enhanced to look at the Course Number if the Alt Course Number is not populated. In addition, legacy code that was pointing to virtual tables has been replaced with extension tables. This update improves the performance of the report.
PSSR-227247	French Cards - Ability to Sort the Report	Student Record of Accumulated Instruction in French As a Second Language: Version 1.3 A Sort by option is added to the report to sort either by Student Name or by Course Section. By default, the report sorts by Student Name.
PSSR-229643	New Languages Added As Per the OnSIS Reference File	The languages Kinyarwanda, Kalabari, and Kirundi are added to the following drop-down lists: First Language, on the student General Info tab International Language, on the Section page International/Indigenous Language, on the Course page In addition, the language "Chinese, Simplified" is updated to "Simplified Chinese".
PSSR-229459	OCAS/OUAC - Support New Gender Values	OCAS Transmission: Version 7.6 OUAC Transmission: Version 7.6 OCAS/OUAC is updated to report gender as follows: F = Female M = Male N = Exclude from State Reporting N = Undisclosed/Not Reported X = Other Gender Identity
PSSR-230805	OnSIS Elementary - Gender Changes - Ministry update 20192020	OnSIS Elementary School Submission: Version 13.3 The report is updated to follow the new Ministry layout for the June 2020 submission onward. Some elements are removed and new elements to support the new gender values are added. PSSR-229770	OnSIS Secondary School Submission: Segment Not Generated for French Immersion Student	OnSIS Secondary Submission version 15.0 The report now generates the French Immersion segment when the student had a previous year French Immersion enrollment with a Final Mark, and had classes taught in French. In addition, the report now only considers previous year French enrollments that have Final Marks.
PSSR-228805	OnSIS Secondary Submission: Student Diploma Segment Not Created	OnSIS Secondary Submission version 15.0 OnSIS Secondary Submission is updated to report all students who are in the submission period, even if they are enrolled outside of the school term.
PSSR-231377	OnSIS Snapshot Page - Enhancements	The Gender field on the OnSIS Snapshot Page is enhanced so that when S (Prefer to specify) is chosen, a description field is displayed and when O (Other) is chosen, a drop-down list is displayed. PSSR-228553	PowerTeacher Lessons/Work Units Page Displays Duplicate Students	Duplicate records were displayed when the lead teacher of a course was changed to be the co-teacher. The Lessons/Work Units page is updated to generate records for the current teacher instance.
PSSR-231376	Run Demographic Snapshot Report Enhancement	Run Demographic Snapshot: Version 2.2 The report is updated to take a snapshot of the Gender Description for a student when the gender is set to "Prefer to Specify (S)" or "Other (O)", as of the submission count date.
PSSR-227141	Student Status Sheet and Student Transcript: Courses Not Displayed as Expected	Ontario Student Status version 6.9 Ontario Student Transcript version 6.5 Equivalent credit courses that had one of the following Ministry Course Codes (Alternate Course Number) 'PLE99', 'QEV1W', 'QEE99', 'QMA99', 'QAP99', 'QSE99' were not generated correctly on the reports. The reports are now updated to look at the Ministry Course Code (Alternate Course Number) to determine if the course is an equivalent credit course.
PSSR-231990	UI Enhancements to accommodate Ministry CTCC 2019-2020 Updates	Additional Resources: PSSR-232000, PSSR-231999 Beginning in 2019-2020, elemental student enrolment data is collected from elementary CTCC Education Programs through OnSIS, similar to the existing elemental collection for secondary CTCC. There are also changes to the Transition Date Segment. Enhancements to meet these requirements are implemented on the following pages: District > Schools/School Info and School > Special Functions > Edit School page: A new program type for Care and Treatment sites is added and must be set for all CTCC facilities. The existing Designated School field is now available for elementary schools. All student enrollment pages: Enrol New Student, Re-Enroll Student, Create New School Enrollment, Transfer Info page (current and previous enrolments) and Province General Info pages: The CTCC section is now consistent on all pages for both elementary and secondary students Existing Fields: Designated School, Facility, Residence Type New fields: "Exclude Weekends & Holidays" - this flag is used to indicate whether weekends and holidays should be excluded from the number of days the students resided in the facility. "Number of Days Resided in Facility" this field is used to override the number of days calculated by the system. This field only appears on the Transfer Info page. Refer to the Ontario Online Help for further details.
PSSR-227548	Unable to Modify Fields Under Existing Educator Assignment	For some districts, the Educator Assignment page was unable to save data to the Educator Assignment extension table. The page is updated to successfully save data to extension tables using direct table tags.
