PSSR-254274 | ON24 - OnSIS Elementary School Submission Report Failing | OnSIS Elementary School Submission: Version 14.0 The OnSIS Elementary School Submission report was failing for students who had a No Show reenrolment record for the previous year and were enrolled in classes for the full year. These students were in the PAE file and transferred to a new school for the 2020-21 school year. The report is updated to include these students, and no longer fails to run. |
PSSR-253692 | OnSIS Elementary – Exclude Cross Enrolled Students That Are Only Enrolled in Classes with a Blank Course Type | OnSIS Elementary School Submission: Version 13.9 Enhanced the crossed enrolled student logic to exclude students who are ONLY enrolled in classes with no course type from the report output. |
PSSR-252324 | Quad/Octomester Setup – 16 Day Definition at District Level | On the District Office > District Info page, a new page is available to define 16 day dates used for calculating students' minutes of instruction (MOI) for the new models (Quad/Octomeser). The calculation is based on the average minutes on each 16 date defined for each Quad/Octomester. Those dates must be common for all schools. Boards using the new models need to define all dates on the page. Valid dates fall within the selected school year's start and end dates. |

PSSR-253784 | School Info – New Fields to Indicate What Model the School Is Running | Added new fields to District> Schools/SchoolInfo > Select High School > Special Functions > Edit School that identify what model the school is running. Schools will need to identify the model used for both the first and second halves of the year. Schools using the semester model (previous year's model) for both halves do not need to set up the fields. Field values are semester, Quadmaster, Octomester, Quad/Octomester (Both). Schools may use Quad/Octomester (Both) if there are students enrolled in classes in both Quad and Octomester schedule. |
