OnSIS Verification Details - Section F

Section F - French as a Second Language

The Section F (French as a Second Language) report displays the detailed information for verification of French as a Second Language - Elementary and Private, by minutes and Secondary school for three submission periods ( October, March, and June). It lists individual student information for students included in the OnSIS Verification Details - Section F report.

Elementary Report

Selection Criteria

Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.

School Selection

  • Schools that have the Exclude From State Reporting ([Schools]State_ExcludeFromReporting) selected are not included.

Student Selection

  • The report should list the details of the students counted in the Summary Report for the selected academic year, School (BSID), and Submission period

  • The report groups students by program type, and grade. Order by Program type, grade, and Student Name/OEN based on the Sort order input parameter selection.

Board Number and NameThe name and Board School identification (BSID) number of the school board.

[Prefs]Value where [Prefs]name is districtnumber, districtname

School Number and NameThe school's name and Board School identification (BSID) number.

[Schools]Alternate_School_Number. If undefined, [Schools]School_Number

[Schools]Name where [Schools]school_number
OR [Schools]alternate_school_number equals the alternative school number selected on the report run page.

Academic YearThe academic year for which the report is run; the report is associated with the OnSIS Reporting Dates entered in OnSIS Verification Details - Section F. Format 'YYYY-YYYY'. For example, 2012-2013.Derived from [Terms]YearId
Submission Period TypeThe submission period type selected on the report run page

Defined at report run time.

Students are grouped by program type, grade. Order by Program type, grade, and Student Name/OEN based on the sort order selected.

Programs or grade levels are not printed if there no students listed. For example, if there are no students counted under the Core program then Core is not listed.

Secondary Report

Selection Criteria

Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.

School Selection

Total counts of all students in all grades and programs.

Programs or grade levels are not printed if there no students listed. For example, if there are no students counted under the Core program then Core is not listed.
