PSSR-260209	All States/Provinces: Health Report Update - Vision and Hearing	Health Report: Version 1.2 The Report has been updated and now pulls the Display Value (rather than the State Name) when outputting Vision & Hearing (Color Blindness and Outcome) screening results.
PSSR-258099	All States/Provinces: Medication List Report Update	Medication List Report: Version 2.0 The Medication List report updated and now runs and completes as expected when a medication has a time value entered.
PSSR-260209	Health Report Update - Vision and Hearing(Color Blindness and Outcome) Pulling the Incorrect Value	Health Report: Version 1.2 The Report has been updated and will now pull the Display Value (rather than the State Name) when outputting Vision & Hearing (Color Blindness and Outcome)screening results.
PSSR-258099	Medication List Report Update	Medication List Report: Version 2.0 The Medication List report updated and will run (and complete) as expected when a medication has a time value entered.
PSSR-262180	Daily Attendance Record - Support for Cross-enrolled Students	Additional References: PSSR-263601 Daily Attendance Record: Version 2.9 Report enhanced to generate the following codes for elementary and secondary students enrolled at their home school and cross-enrolled into classes at another school: Contact Codes C- All Day, C/ - AM Only, and /C - PM only Late Codes L/L - Late AM and PM, L/ - AM Only and /L - PM only Grant Codes G- Grant All Day, G/ - AM Only and /G - PM only Non-Instr Codes N – Non-Inst All Day, N/ - AM Only and /N - PM only Note: It is expected that the 'Count Meeting attendance recorded at another school for students enrolled at this school' flag is selected at the main school. Also, the same attendance codes are setup at both Main and Cross enrolled schools. Report also enhanced to display the proper Homeroom and Teacher as of the selected effective date for cross enrolled students.
PSSR-252631	Daily Attendance Record – Enhance Report to Print N (Non Instructional) for Students Enrolled after the Count Date and has FTE to Report	Daily Attendance Record: Version 2.9 For schools running Quad/Octomester Models, for students that are not enrolled in classes until after the OnSIS count date and has FTE to report, will start showing on the report starting the day they truly arrive to the school and Non instructional will be recorded for the days from the count date until the last in-session day before the student truly arrives at the school.
PSSR-262030	Enrolment Registers (Secondary Quad/Octomester Only) – Enhance Report to Print Enrolled Students with a 0.04 FTE to Match OnSIS Reporting	Enrolment Registers (Secondary Quad/Octomester Only): Version 10.4 Report enhanced to generate a 0.04 FTE record for students with no FTE, provided the student is enrolled on the count date and the message with 'Student with no FTE' is no longer displayed for such students.
PSSR-262100	Fix Broken Validation for Entry and Exit Codes	Validation for entry codes Other Province (35) and Other Country (36) has been fixed on the New Student Enrollment, New Enrollment, and Reenroll Student pages. Validation for exit code Moved Outside of Ontario (68) has been fixed on the Transfer Student Out page.
PSSR-261929	French Cards – Enhance Report to Calculate Minutes for Classes Taken at Another School	Student Record of Accumulated Instruction in French As a Second Language: Version 1.5 Report and French Cards UI page is enhanced to include minutes for classes taken at other schools falling within student's school Enrollment when 'Count Meeting attendance recorded at another school for students enrolled at this school' flag is checked.
PSSR-261890	FrenchCards – Enhance ‘Total Number of Hours for the Year’ Field Calculation	Additional References: PSSR-257670 Student Record of Accumulated Instruction in French As a Second Language: Version 1.5 Four new fields have been added on Edit School > Language Program Minutes page to allow schools to define Minutes Per Day Of Instruction for up to 10 subjects for Immersion Programs. The report is also enhanced to consider those new fields when calculating the Total number of hours for the year. MinutesOfInstPerDay logic must be enhanced to consider the new values.

PSSR-259654	OnSIS Secondary - Native/ESL/ELD SECOND_LANGUAGE_PROGRAM Segment Enhancements for Semester Schools	OnSIS Secondary Submission: Version 16.3 Report enhanced to generate Native/ESL/ELD segments for Semester schools without the requirement of selecting school Model under Edit School page.
PSSR-258575	OnSIS Secondary School Submission Report Enrolment Start Date Incorrect Due to PAE File Import Issue	Description: Issue is occurring for private K-12 schools. The PAE import is not importing the PAE records to the correct school when there are 2 schools (elem & sec) have the same BSID and one of the schools has a schoolID same as school BSID. PAE import fixed to import the PAE records to the proper school and this will solve the issue of printing the wrong Enrolment Start date on the OnSIS report. The enrolment start date is populated from the PAE files for existing students.
PSSR-263344	OnSIS Secondary Submission- French Second Language Segment Updates	OnSIS Secondary Submission: Version 16.3 Following changes made to French Second Language Segment: When student moves schools in the submission period, enrolls and completes French class during the submission period and before the count date, then the report is updated to generate French second language segment. This applies to both Semester and Quad/Octo schools. When multiple French classes exist in the current year, the report is updated to generate the segment based on the earliest French class in the submission period or the earliest future French class, if the segment was not previously reported in a previous submission.
PSSR-260645	OnSIS Secondary – ADE and HIGH_CREDIT_ADE is Set to 0.000 Instead of Blank	OnSIS Secondary School Submission: Version 16.3 Report enhanced to set the default values of the ADE and High_credit_ADE tags to 0.000 instead of blank. Blank values cause errors in OnSIS submissions.
PSSR-262499	OnSIS Secondary – Do Not Report Grade 8 Students/Students with Nothing to Report – Student Non-enrolment Segment	Additional References: PSSR-257814 OnSIS Secondary Submission: Version 16.3 STUDENT_NON_ENROLMENT segment is generated for a non-enrolled student only if the student has any of the following to report: Diploma, SHSM, or if the student's Scholarship date falls within the submission period.
PSSR-255800	OnSIS Verification – Create Section T Enrolment by Age, Gender and Type of Diploma/Certificate Report	Additional References: PSSR-255804 OnSIS Verification - Summary Report: Version 1.5 OnSIS Verification - Details Report: Version 1.5 OnSIS Verification Summary and Details reports enhanced by adding Section T - Enrolment by Age, Gender and Type of Diploma/Certificate - Summary Report. This report applies only to secondary students. OnSIS Verification Summary/Details Reports can be run at the district and school level. It runs for different submissions (October, March, and June). Note: It is required to save OnSIS XML prior to running this report. Refer to the Online Help for details.
PSSR-264062	Ontario Day/Class Consecutive Absence Report - Support for Cross-enrolled Elementary Students	Day/Class Consecutive Absence Report: Version 2.9 Option Class is now available for elementary schools, when class is selected, students that match the report criteria and enrolled or cross enrolled in the selected class are included in the report.
PSSR-257879	Ontario Student Status Report – Issue Calculating Final Marks	Ontario Student Status: Version 7.4 Report showing credit courses as completed for when the Mark record Store Code does not have the Mark type set to Final and does not have Potential Credit Hours > 0. Report enhanced to consider a mark as final if the Mark Type is not set to Midterm and the Potential Credit Hours is greater than 0.

PSSR-255794	Save Student Non-Enrolment XML Segments into Permanent tables - Secondary XML	OnSIS Secondary School Submission: Version 16.1 When running OnSIS Secondary submission with the Save XML option selected on the run page, the report now saves Student Non Enrollment segment data to S_ON_STU_XML_NON_ENROL_C table, enabling boards to validate the data before uploading files to OnSIS. Saving XML data into permanent tables is a prerequisite of running OnSIS verification reports.
