Health Info Report: Version 1.1

The report is now updated to pull the data from Student Contacts.

A new “Digital Equity & Learning Preference Search” link is added to the special functions page and will allow users to search for Digital Equity & Learning Preference records using configurable filters.

The config files have been modified and are now only called through the re-initialization cycle. This will improve SRP startup times and avoid previously reported failures.

When the "Prevent Attendance page submit if blank attendance is used (PowerTeacher)" pref is checked on the Attendance Preferences page on the admin portal, the Sub Teacher is not able to submit attendance if blank attendance is used for Single day attendance and Seating Chart.

Validation on the page has been enhanced to allow a section to be set up as credit recovery and Co-op (Other Course Information set to 1- credit recovery and Delivery Type set to 4 Co-op).

Elementary Progress Report (1-6): Version 4.5

If the Elementary Progress report cards are run from an ECPP school, the school information, that includes, School Address, Principal, and Telephone are retrieved from the student’s or the school’s Designated school.

Elementary Progress Report (7-8): Version 4.3

If the Elementary Progress report cards are run from an ECPP school, the school information that includes, School, School Address, Principal, and Telephone are retrieved from the student’s or the school’s Designated school.

EQAO Extracts: Version 6.3
All required 2022-2023 Ministry Updates have been implemented in EQAO Grade 9 Extracts Report.

EQAO Extracts: Version 5.12
The EQAO TIMSS Report logic has been updated to incorporate the required 2022-2023 Ministry Updates.

The eTMS webservice has been updated to print the designated school when retrieving data for a student enrolled in an ECPP school.

The Response includes the Designated school for ESIS and OrganizationName. Also, CourseOverrideSchool.ESIS has been updated to print zeros if the course is completed at an ECPP school. In the scenario of multiple schools with the same BSID, the CourseOverrideSchool.ESIS prints zeros if any of the schools with the same BSID are an ECPP school. The CommunityInvolvementinformation has also been updated per the 2022-2023 Ministry rules.

Two new School BSID fields have been added to the General Info page under Province.

These fields are autocompleted. Once the user starts typing part of a School BSID, School Name, or Board abbreviation, the list is populated with matching values for the user to select from. School BSIDs are stored on the student and enrolment records.

Once a school is selected, other School information fields are populated (where applicable) from the reference table (school name, school address, and school language type). This feature reduces human errors and will maintain clean and consistent data.

The Delivery types (8) Summer and (9) Night are no longer expired on the following pages :

Kindergarten Communication of Learning and Initial Observations Report Cards: Version 2.3

When the Kindergarten report cards (Communication of Learning or Initial Observations) are run from an ECPP school, the school information, that includes School, School Address, Principal, and Telephone are retrieved from the student’s or the school’s Designated school.

If the Kindergarten Communication of Learning Report Card is run from an ECPP school, the school information that includes School, School Address, Principal, and Telephone are retrieved from the student’s or the school’s Designated school.

OnSIS Elementary School Submission: Version 15.6
Custom fields within the OnSIS Elementary School Submission report have been replaced with the corresponding extended table field, unique to this report

Custom fields within the OnSIS Night and Secondary School Submission reports have been replaced with the corresponding extended table field, unique to the reports.

Ontario Student Transcript: Version 7.6

Ontario Student Transcript now works in a multi-node environment.

When the Previous School Value Required preference is selected for the Entry Code being selected for the student, an error message “Missing Required field” is displayed under the Previous School name if the field is left blank on the Transfer Student Out page.
