Selection Criteria
Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.
A row is created for each distinct language code ([S_ON_CRS/SEC_X]ConEd_InternationalLanguage) in the set of IILE classes for the school with the same campus number.
When multiple values exist where the LANGUAGE_TYPE code is OTH, a record is generated for each unique value found for OTHER_LANGUAGE_DESC
Students with an "Exclude From Provincial Reporting Flag" select are not counted in the report.
For Time of Day section - A record for each distinct time of day type code value in the set of IILE classes for the school with the same campus number.

Submission Type* | Select the submission type for the report, either Summer School or Night School. |
Select Alternative School Number* | Select the BSID of the school to run the submission report for from the drop down menu. If the submission type selected is Summer School, the drop down contains only alternate school numbers (BSIDs) for schools where the summer school flag ([Schools]IsSummerSchool) is on. Otherwise, if the submission type selected is Night School, the drop down contains only alternate school numbers (BSIDs) for schools where the night school flag ([Schools]IsNightSchool) is on. |
List of Alternative Night Schools | This read-only list of the schools in PowerSchool is the list of available BSIDs to select from that have the selected alternative school number for Night School. |
List of Alternative Summer Schools | This read-only list of the schools in PowerSchool is the list of available BSIDs to select from that have the selected alternative school number for Summer School. |

Total Number of Classes | The number of classes for the school/campus for the language code in which at least one student was enrolled at some time during the submission period. |

Total Number of Instructors | The distinct number of teachers associated with classes for each International/Indigenous Language. Note: When an instructor teaches multiple IILE classes, the instructor is counted for each class taught. When an instructor teaches the same IILE class multiple times over different periods, the instructor is counted only once. |

Students - Pupils of the Board | The total number of students of pupil of the board. If a student's "Exclude From Provincial Reporting Flag" is selected, the student is not included in the count Note: If the student is taking the same language course in more than one class in an overlapping period of time, the student is counted once per campus, even if the overlap is only one day. The is student is counted more than once only when the classes do not overlap. |

Students - Other Pupils | Total number of students of "other". If a student's "Exclude From Provincial Reporting Flag" is selected, the student is not included in the count.
