| PSSR-237324 | Add a new Other Course Information type to New/Edit Section pages | On the New/Edit section pages, a new value '3 - Upgrading Credit Course' checkbox is added to the existing 'Other Course Information' section to allow schools to identify secondary courses that were upgraded by students during the summer. This new value is only visible to Summer, Night, and CTCC schools for 20192020 term onwards. Also, it is only applicable to summer courses where class start date >= June 25. The value can be selected only if the Course Delivery Type is one of the following: 1 – Regular 2 - Independent study 16 - Correspond/Self-study 18 - E-learning - not through provincial LMS 19 - E-learning through provincial LMS. otherwise, an error message is displayed. |

| PSSR-233576 | New OnSIS Details Verification Reports | OnSIS Verification - Details Report: Version 1.0 A new verification tool is implemented to compare the aggregation of OnSIS information for funding sections, which will allow you to verify data reported to OnSIS. To view the verification data, a new OnSIS Verification - Details Report is created. This report will include the different sections required for verification. Section C1 - Enrolment by Attendance type is the first to be implemented. The report can be run from the district and school levels, and for the different submissions ( October, March, and June) for elementary and secondary schools. Saving OnSIS XML is a pre-requisite step of running this report. Documentation for this report will be released at a later date. |

| PSSR-231382 | OnSIS Elementary & Secondary reports - Add new feature to store XML files in permanent tables | OnSIS Elementary School Submission: Version 13.6 A new feature to save OnSIS XML files in tables has been added to reports. Those tables will be used to generate OnSIS verification reports and can be used by boards to create their own queries to validate OnSIS XML files before submitting the data to the ministry. A new SAVE XML checkbox was added to the reports input parameters when selected the STUDENT_SCHOOL_ENROLMENT segment data is saved to S_ON_STU_XML_ SCHOOL_ENROL_C table. This feature will be implemented in phases. Other segments will be added in future releases. Refer to the online help for table structure and feature details. |
