Provincial Reporting 22.4.2.0 Release Notes

The Clock-In/Clock-Out code is now updated to return a valid studentsdcid and a check has been added. These updates will stop the Clock In/Clock Out links from displaying when it has not been enabled and will no longer cause excessive activity in the logs.

Student Incident Profile Report: Version 1.1

Initially, the Student Incident Profile Report has been updated and the Days count will now only factor in in-session days between the action start and end dates.

Two left navigation menus were displayed after deleting Educator Roles. This issue has been fixed.

The native languages Mohawk(33),Ojibwe(34),Cayuga(09),Cree(10),Delaware(55),Ojib-cree(64), and Oneida(65) are added to the International/Indigenous Language drop-down list on the courses and sections pages.

Only users with the required security settings are now able to access Class Assignments, Subjects, Instructional Time Type, and Roles.

Office Index Card Report: Version 4.1

Office Index Card report updated to not consider summer school enrollment as the student’s next school (receiving school) if the remote summer enrollment exit code is blank or exit code is not a ministry defined code.

OnSIS Elementary School Submission: Version 15.2

Report enhanced to report <language_Type> as English or French in the <Assigned_Subjects> and <Class> segments, based on the board language settings for courses where the language of instruction is set to a native language.

OnSIS Elementary Submission: Version 15.2

Elementary report fixed to complete when multiple elementary schools have the same BSID.

On the All country fields, the country name “Puerto Rice” has been corrected to “Puerto Rico”.

When the user clicks New Literacy & Numeracy button, the EQAO Grade 9 Math tab used to disappear, this issue has been fixed.
