PSSR-288231	All States/Provinces: APEX Report Updates	Updates have been made to the following APEX reports and the new, updated version numbers are listed below: Asset Inventory: Version 2.0 Asset Management: Version 2.0 Contact Relationship Details: Version 2.0 Courses List: Version 2.0 Current Grades: Version 2.0 Historical Grades: Version 2.0 Note: This report is designed to replace the Student Grades report. Historical Grades 2.0 has a new report ID and will not automatically replace the old Student Grades report. Users can publish this new report when ready and consider unpublishing the old Student Grades report. The report was also renamed to sufficiently differentiate it from the Current Grades report. Standard Grades: Version 2.0 Student Demographics Plus: Version 2.0
PSSR-280849	All States/Provinces: Attendance Profile Report Updates	Additional Reference: PSSR-289267, PSSR-284634, PSSR-281373, and PSSR-296964 Attendance Profile Report: Version 1.5 The following updates to the Attendance Profile Report have been made: The minutes absent are calculated based on the daily attendance clock in/out time. The report is sorted as follows Last Name: List students in alphabetical order Grade Level: List students by grade level (descending order) and then in alphabetical order Homeroom: List students alphabetically by homeroom, homerooms are listed in alphabetical order or in descending order if homeroom values are numeric Invalid data for clock in/out time is fixed The Guardian Name will now consistently be extracted When daily attendance is used, will only report the daily attendance data.
PSSR-280358	All States/Provinces: Career Tech Credentials Report Renamed	Academic and Career Plan Credentials Report: Version 1.1 The Career Tech Credentials Report has been renamed to Academic and Career Plan Credentials Report to match the Academic and Career Plan Credentials functionality in PowerSchool SIS.
PSSR-297623	All States/Provinces: Health Office Visit Detail Report Update	Health Office Visit Details Report: Version 1.2 The Office Visit Detail can fail if the VisitReason, Treatment, Procedure, VisitOutcome, and Assessment values exceed 4000 characters. To prevent the report from failing, it will now truncate values in the columns noted above so the combined length does not exceed 4000 characters.
PSSR-286262	All States/Provinces: Minimum PowerSchool Version for State Reporting - 21.11.1.0	The minimum supported version on PowerSchool SIS State/Provincial Reporting installer is updated and can now be installed on PowerSchool SIS 21.11.1.0 or later. For details refer to PowerSchool SIS – Supported PowerSchool Versions.
PSSR-285625	Add New Preference Field on Entry Codes Page	Added Previous school - Value Required preference on Entry Codes page. Selecting this preference for an entry code indicates on several pages that the previous school is a mandatory field when this entry code is used.
PSSR-281864	Add new preference field on Exit Codes page	Added Receiving school - Value Required preference on Exit Codes page. Selecting this preference for an exit code indicates on several pages that receiving school is a mandatory field when this exit code is used.
PSSR-278815	Add Religious Mark to the Elementary Progress Catholic Report Templates.	Elementary Progress Report (1-6) - Gradebook: Version 4.4 Elementary Progress Report (7-8) - Gradebook: Version 4.2 Added Religious Mark to the Elementary Progress Report Templates. Two new identifiers must be added for the religious standards For grades 1-6: E1-6.RLF.PR.M For grades 7-8: E7-8.RLF.PR.M
PSSR-290353	Consecutive Absences Report Enhancements	Additional References: PSSR-299390 Day/Class Consecutive Absence Report: Version 2.0 Added All School option to run the report for all schools from the district office. Updated Select Schools option to exclude closed schools and schools excluded from the state reporting list. Added validation to limit the number of schools selected to 999. Improved performance by adding indexes and removing custom fields.
PSSR-292474	Missing Languages in the First language Options	Added the following missing languages to the First language drop-down list. 2: Edo 52: Twi 53: Azeri Turkish 92: Dakota 103: Uyghur 104: Tuareg 105: Quebec Sign Language 106: Kabyle3 The following are language description updates 2: Mandarin (Simplified) 68: Filipino
PSSR-241500	Ontario Student Transcript: Update Report Enhancements	Ontario Student Transcript: Version 7.6 Several limitations were added to the report when run from the district: so the report can run without performance issues. All students option has been disabled. Validation is added to display an error message if 0 students were selected. Validation is added to display an error message if the selected number of students exceeds 4,500 students and when the Accessibility flag is on. Validation is added to display an error message if the selected number of students exceeds 31,000 students and when the Accessibility flag is off.
PSSR-292476	Spelling Mistake in Country Name	On the All country fields, the country name, “Viet Nam” has been corrected to “Vietnam”.
PSSR-298041	Status Sheet - Expose the report from PowerTeacher Pro	Ontario Student Status: Version 7.9 The report can now be run from Teacher Portal.
PSSR-290364	Student Public Health Unit (STIX) Data Report Enhancements	Student Public Health Unit (STIX) Data Extract: Version 2.7 Added All School option, to run the report for all schools from the district office. Updated Select Schools option to exclude closed schools, schools excluded from state reporting as well as summer and night schools. Added validation to limit the number of schools selected to 999 schools.
PSSR-290356	Updated Graduation Cohort Report Enhancements	Graduation Cohort (Diploma Completion) Processing: Version 1.4 Updated Select Schools option: To exclude closed schools, and schools excluded from state reporting. Added validation to limit the number of schools selected to 300 when run from the district office.
