Elementary Progress Report (7-8) - Gradebook: Version 5.2

The logic for the Elementary Progress Reports has been updated to shrink text comments to fit the allowable space in each designated area for Religious Comments, Learning Skills, and Work Habits on page 1 and the Subject Areas on page 2. Additionally, the Religious Comments now accept carriage returns.

Message Update When Exit Code Is Set to Moved Outside of Ontario (68)

Previously, when the Exit Code was set to "Moved outside of Ontario (68)" and both the Destination Country and Destination Province fields were left empty, an error message was displayed. However, the message was not clear and may have been confusing for the users. To address this issue, we have updated the error message to provide more specific instructions. The new error message is as follows: "Either Destination Country or Destination Province must be entered when Exit Code is Retired - Moved Outside of Ontario".

ENROLMENT_END_DATE tag updated to report July 1 if the student is enrolled in the school until the last day and SAL program EXIT_TYPE is 003- Left School ( Over compulsory school age), or 004- Left School (On Board List).

The Ontario Student Status Sheet report now correctly prints the SHSM program name, entry date, SHSM certifications, credits for the program, and certification summary when a student is enrolled in an SHSM program with no in-progress or completed courses.

The ERS segment in OnSIS Elementary has been updated to include the alternate school number in the ERS test score records selection criteria. This change ensures that only ERS records belonging to the specific school are accurately reported in OnSIS.

'Student Record of Accumulated Instruction in French as a Second Language' Giving No Results

Student Record of Accumulated Instruction in French As a Second Language: Version 2.0

In the previous version, an issue occurred when generating the 'Student Record of Accumulated Instruction in French As a Second Language' report. The report assumed that the school number field would always be populated in the table. However, when this field was left empty, the report failed to retrieve the necessary records.

To resolve this issue, the report now retrieves the records by looking at the schooldcid field, which will always be populated. As a result, the 'Student Record of Accumulated Instruction in French As a Second Language' report is now generating the expected results.
