The report has been updated to display only one Report Card per student, even if the student has multiple School Enrollment records for the current year. Additionally, the issue with Days Absent and Times Late being multiplying has been resolved.

OnSIS Data Validation October submission includes Con Ed Schools and Night School

OnSIS Data Validation: Version 3.7

The issue with the Select Alternate School Numbers list displaying ConEd and Night Schools for the October submission has been resolved. This problem occurred because the October Submission was selected and saved as a default value for subsequent runs. The Select Alternate School Numbers list was not honoring this default value, resulting in the inclusion of schools not applicable to the October submission.

OnSIS Elementary Support OnSIS Dates by Year when Calculating Absences and Lates

OnSIS Elementary School Submission: Version 17.0

Reports were updated to use the OnSIS dates by year to calculate the max days absent and late allowed by OnSIS for OnSIS October and March submissions. The max days for October is 50. The max days for March submission is 140. This fix will prevent attendance from going over the max.

OnSIS Secondary - Updated SHSM for June Submission to use OnSIS Dates by Year

OnSIS Secondary School Submission: Version 20.1

Recently, this report was updated for the June submission to print the SHSM Program Segment if the student is enrolled in the program until the last day of the school year and the program Exit Date is less than the submission count date.

This did not work if the legacy District Setup OnSIS June date was a year ago. The SHSM output used the legacy OnSIS June date to determine the records to print. The report SHSM segment is now updated to use the OnSIS dates by year.

OnSIS Secondary School Submission: Version 20.1

The Report is enhanced so that if the action associated with the primary behavior has the state reportable flag selected, then it is reported as STUDENT_OUTCOME. If the flag is not selected and there is an Action subcode with the state reportable flag selected, then this subcode will be reported as STUDENT_OUTCOME.

Recently, this report was updated for the June submission to update the validation error MED0024d. The rules for the error have not changed, but the error was updated to use the OnSIS Dates by Year Count date when comparing the date to the IPRC review date. Before the fix, the rule used the legacy OnSIS June date.

Student Status Sheet Report: version 9.3

The Best Fit Logic used by Student Status Sheet and the SHSM progress page has been updated to include the following changes:

• Allow up to three cooperative education credits related to the sector to count as the major credits (in addition to the two required Cooperative Education credits.

• Allow an additional major credit to replace one other required (Non-Math, No-Eng) credit.

• These changes will only apply to students with undefined All Requirement Met Date or All Requirement Met Date falls in the 2024-2025 school year onwards
