All States/Provinces: Minimum PowerSchool Version for State Reporting - 24.3.0.2

The minimum supported version on PowerSchool SIS State/Provincial Reporting installer is updated and can now be installed on PowerSchool SIS 24.3.0.2 or later.

OnSIS Secondary - LANGUAGE_TYPE Incorrectly Reported

OnSIS Secondary School Submission: Version 20.7

The LANGUAGE_TYPE field under <STUDENT_CLASS_ENROLMENT> was incorrectly generated as the Native Language code instead of E (English) or F (French) in the OnSIS Secondary School Submission file.

The fix ensures that the value is set to E or F based on the Section/Course Language of Instruction. If the language of instruction is not defined, the value is determined based on whether it is a French or English board.

Potential Ontario Scholars: Version 3.7

The Potential Scholars Report has been enhanced to optionally populate the Scholarship Approval Date, reducing manual entry requirements. Two new parameters were added to give users greater flexibility and control in updating the scholarship dates. Access to those two new fields is controlled by user role.
