Enrolment Report – Issue Resolved for Part-Time Student Count on Non In-Session Drop Dates

Enrolment Reports: Version 6.4

Resolved an issue where part-time students dropped on non In-Session days were not correctly counted in the Enrolment Reports. The logic now ensures part-time student counts across reporting dates, even when drop dates fall on non In-Session calendar days are accurate.

OnSIS Secondary School Submission Report – Improved School Closure logic for Attendance and Class Count

OnSIS Secondary School Submission: Version 22.2

The OnSIS Secondary School Submission has been enhanced to support marking school closure days marked as “G” days and not in session while still reporting attendance fields correctly. This update prevents teachers from entering attendance on closure days and ensures these days are accurately reflected in the TOTAL_CLASSES, CLASSES_MISSED and SCHOOL_CLOSURE_CLASSES_MISSED fields. All existing calculation rules remain intact.

Update to Transcript Report for New Diploma Types (Codes ‘5’ and ‘6’)

Enhanced Student Transcript and Electronic Student Transcript reports to print the correct Diploma Name and Specialized Program for students assigned the new diploma type ‘5’ - OSSD/OYAP-FAST or ‘6’ - OSSD/SHSM/OYAP-FAST.
