OCAS/OUAC Transmission - Display and Update School Level Dates from Report Run Page

The update enables users to directly modify the Transmission Dates from the report run page, streamlining the process by eliminating the need to access the School Info section separately.

New fields have been added to the run page under the OCAS/OUAC Transmission Type label. Their behavior changes based on the selected transmission type:

• For the October Transmission Type:
  A checkbox labeled *“*OCAS First Transmission Flag / OUAC First Transmission Flag” appears. It defaults to the value from the School Info page and is disabled. If this field is not selected at the School Info page, users can select this field, and the update will be saved.

• For Other Transmission Types:
  The same checkbox is displayed only if the corresponding flag is selected on the School Info page. Users can clear (unselect) the checkbox, and the change will be saved.
  A Transmission Date field is also available, defaulting to the date used in the previous transmission. Users can update this date, and the report will save and use the new date when it runs.

The OnSIS Elementary ERS update now allows users to report any ERS records within the school year, except those in the PAE of previous submissions.

OnSIS Secondary School Submission - Second Language Program is Missing

OnSIS Secondary School Submission: Version 20.9

The second language missing issue has been resolved. The report now correctly generates the Second Language program segment when a student was enrolled in Core, Immersion, or Extended French in the previous year, is taking a course taught in French in the current year, and the count date in the June submission falls after the term end date.

Status Sheet and SHSM Progress Page - Updated SHSM Best Fit Logic for Co-op Credit Assignment

Ontario Status Sheet Report: Version 10.1
The ON Status Sheet report and SHSM Progress Page use the SHSM Best Fit logic, which has been updated to allow any co-op credit to fulfill co-op, major, and other credit groups regardless of whether the credit is part of the SHSM bundle. However, co-op courses listed within the SHSM bundle will be prioritized before considering other co-op credits.
