Daily Attendance Record Report Missing Calendar and Attendance Data

Daily Attendance Record Report: Version 3.6

The Daily Attendance Record Report has been updated to address an issue where the “Count Meeting attendance recorded at another school for students enrolled at this school’ flag did not have an initial value and defaulted to null. This caused the report to fail to complete successfully. To ensure successful report completion, the flag is now set to unchecked by default.

OnSIS Secondary-Incorrect SAL Program

OnSIS Secondary Submission Report: Version 21.5

The OnSIS Secondary Submission Report has been updated to address cases where students were cross-enrolled in a school and later transferred to the same school. Previously, the report displayed outdated SAL program information from the student’s prior school. The logic has now been revised to ensure the SAL program accurately reflects the student’s current enrollment.

Secondary Report Cards - GradeBook: Version 8.4

Teacher last names on Secondary Report Cards now display with correct capitalization. Previously, names always appeared in lowercase after the first letter.

SHSM Student Data Report: Version 1.9

The report is updated to correctly exclude students flagged as ‘Excluded from Provincial Reporting’ and exclude schools ‘Excluded from state reporting’ at District Office from the SHSM Student Data Report.

Status Sheet Report: Version 10.3

The Student Status Sheet (Page 2) now accurately reflects the current SHSM program, excluding any dropped programs. Updates also ensure the correct display of the SHSM Component, Reach Ahead Date, and Experiential Learning Activity Date.
