PSSR-413947	All States/Provinces: Suffix Field Update	The common Suffix field (S_STU_X.SUFFIX) length has been updated to 10 characters for all states and provinces.
PSSR-390640	All States/Provinces: Refresh Attendance Tracking Data Update	Refresh Attendance Tracking Data Report: Version 2.1 The Refresh Attendance Tracking Data report can now be run at the school-level as well as the district-level.
PSSR-413399	All States/Provinces: Discipline Incident Letter Update	Discipline Incident Letter: Version 1.9 Users can now generate a Discipline Incident Letter for the selected Discipline Incident Letter template.
PSSR-416325	All States/Provinces: SRP Report Input Parameter Update	The issue where ‘Select Terms to Print’ did not default to the current term year in Chrome and Edge browsers has been fixed.
PSSR-412967	Continuing Education Credit Courses Register - Incorrect Pupil's Day School	The “Pupil's Day School Override” checkbox was hidden due to a UI issue, preventing users from seeing whether it was selected. The Continuing Education report functions as designed; it prints the Previous School Name when this override flag is selected, but due to the UI issue, this behavior was not obvious. This issue has been resolved, and users can now view and update the checkbox as needed. Navigation: District Management, District Setup, District Info, Continuing Education Register Settings
PSSR-413418	OnSIS Elementary School Submission - School Closure Reporting Issue	OnSIS Elementary School Submission: Version 18.8 Resolved an issue where the report was doubling school closure days for students who had a no-show enrollment and later returned to the same school. The school closure days are now calculated correctly.
PSSR-412414	OnSIS Secondary Submission Report - Save XML Not Saving Other Credits.	OnSIS Secondary School Submission: Version 22.4 An issue was identified where, when running the OnSIS Secondary Report using Save XML option selected, the Other_Credit_Flag was not correctly selected and saved to the S_ON_STU_XML_CLASS_ENROL_C table, indicating that the record originated from the OTHER_CREDIT segment. This issue has now been resolved. In addition, the report has been updated to correctly save the Other Course Information field in the same table.
PSSR-408813	OnSIS Submission Reports - SUSPENSION_EXPULSION_FLAG incorrect for Multiple Offenders	OnSIS Elementary School Submission: Version 18.8 OnSIS Secondary School Submission: Version 22.4 Reports have been updated to correctly report SUSPENSION_EXPULSION_FLAG for Incidents with multiple offenders.
PSSR-413194	Secondary Report Card Gradebook - Performance Update	Secondary Report Cards - GradeBook: Version 8.9 The report has been optimized for improved performance. Previously, generating the report required a long processing time. With this update, the report now loads faster and delivers results more efficiently, ensuring a smoother user experience.
PSSR-412736	SHSM Report Updated to Reflect Accurate Student Counts for New Diploma Types	The SHSM Student Data Report has been updated to accurately reflect student counts when new diploma types (5 – OSSD/OYAP-FAST or OSSD/SHSM/OYAP-FAST) are assigned to students.
PSSR-412727	Support for New Diploma Types in Secondary Report Cards (Diploma 5 & 6)	Secondary Report Cards: Version 8.9 Secondary Report Cards – The Credit Information on Page 3 has been updated to correctly calculate credits for students assigned the new diploma types ‘5’ (OSSD/OYAP-FAST) or ‘6’ (OSSD/SHSM/OYAP-FAST).
