PSSR-396467	All States/Provinces: Updates to the Attendance Profile Report	Attendance Profile Report: Version 1.12 The Attendance Profile Report has now been updated to add page breaks per student while trying to print the report from the browser.
PSSR-373686	Elementary Progress Report Card Updates - Issue with Long Board Names	Elementary Progress Report (1-6) - Gradebook: Version 5.8 Elementary Progress Report (7-8) - Gradebook: Version 5.5 The Elementary Progress Reports are updated with: A sliding font size scale for the Board Name field so it always fits on a single line. This prevents the Board Name from wrapping onto a second line and avoids page one overflowing to a second page. Formatting is now consistent with expectations and aligns with legacy report behavior.
PSSR-402479	Ministry Updates - Support Community Hours Override	A Community Involvement section has been added to the General Information page for secondary students only. This section enables principals to waive or reduce community hours required for graduation. The fields in the section also appear on the student’s Community Hours page. PSSR-383426	New OnSIS Student Validation Rules	OnSIS Data Validation: Version 4.0 OnSIS Secondary Submission Report: Version 21.7 OnSIS Elementary School Submission: Version 18.4 The following rules are added to the OnSIS XML validations: MED0029-Students with Special Education records from multiple schools within one board should have the same IPRC Flag, IPRC / Review Date, Individual Education Plan Flag, Special Education Placement/ Instructional Setting, and Non-Identified Student Flag field values across all schools. MSE0015-The "Special Education" flag value in the previous submission does not match the current value. MED0028-Students with multiple Special Education records must have the same IPRC Flag, IPRC / Review Date, Individual Education Plan Flag, Special Education Placement/ Instructional Setting, and Non-Identified Student Flag field values across all records. MED0028-The Special Education "Main Exceptionality" data from the previous submission does not match the "Main Exceptionality" data in this submission.
PSSR-383424	New OnSIS Student Validation Rules	OnSIS Secondary School Submission: Version 21.7 OnSIS Elementary School Submission: Version 18.4 The following rules are added to the OnSIS XML validations: MED0008A-Student(s) was reported as non-identified in the previous submission, but a special Education record does not exist in the current submission MED0011-The Special Education Placement / Instructional Setting data from the previous submission does not match the Special Education Placement / Instructional Setting data in this submission. MED0020-If Special Education Placement/Instructional Setting type = Fully Self-contained, there should not be any Class Type other than Special Education.
PSSR-383425	New XML Validations added to OnSIS Elementary and Secondary	OnSIS Secondary School Submission: Version 21.7 OnSIS Elementary School Submission: Version 18.4 The following rules are added to the OnSIS XML validations: MED0024A: IPRC/Review Date is more than 42 days prior to the count date but IEP flag is set to no. Regulation 181/98 requires all students must have an IEP within 30 school days of the implementation of an IPRC placement decision. MED0026: Each student who receives a special education program or service is expected to have an IEP.
PSSR-395778	OCAS/OUAC Transmission - Issue with Projected Courses	OCAS Transmission: Version 10.0 OUAC Transmission: Version 10.2 Following recent changes to OCAS/OUAC Transmissions that allow users to set the Transmission Date directly from the report page, an issue was identified with the initialization of internal variables used to flag courses as projected. This issue has now been resolved.
PSSR-399583	OnSIS Demographic Snapshot: Report Not Updating Independent Study Work Units	Run OnSIS Demographic Snapshot: Version 3.0 OnSIS Demographic Snapshot report is updated to populate the June Units field from Completed Work Units/Lessons, ensuring accurate reporting.
PSSR-247100	OnSIS Secondary Report Enhancement: IEP-Based High-credit FTE Correction	OnSIS Secondary School Submission: Version 21.7 OnSIS Secondary report has been updated to automatically set the High-credit FTE to zero when a student is identified as having an Individual Education Plan (IEP). This update resolves the critical error MSE0135 that users would encounter when submitting the file to the Ministry.
