Admins can now mark all types of Reports available under Compliance and Systems Reports as favorites.

All States/Provinces: Office Visit Details Report Update

The Office Visit Details report output is updated to return a message indicating “No records are found” if none of the students the report was run for have qualifying Office Visit records.

Additionally, the report description has been updated to include the following verbiage:

It will include students who had office visits during the specified date range.

This update resolves an issue in the report where the Summer ADE on the Summary page did not match the Equivalent ADE on the Register page. The report now ensures ADE consistency between the Register and Summary pages.

OnSIS Secondary School Submission Not Reporting SHSM Program

OnSIS Secondary School Submission: Version 20.9

An issue has been fixed where the SHSM program segments were not included in reports if the All Requirements Met Date occurred during the summer (between the start of the October submission and the beginning of the school year). With this update, SHSM program segment will now be correctly included in the report under these conditions.

Potential Ontario Scholars Report Does Not Update Ontario Scholarship Approval Date

The Ontario Scholars Report now auto-populate the Ontario Scholarship Approval Date: when

• A Date is defined on the run page, this will automatically fill in the Onatrio Scholarship Approval Date when it is empty.

• And will override existing values when the Overwrite Existing Approval Date option is selected.

The report has been updated to display N/A in the Potential Credit column within the Current and Completed Courses sections of the report, if the Modified Curriculum flag is selected at the Historical Grades, Class enrollment, or the courses level.
