District Info - Add ERS Cut Off Date

A new field, labeled "ERS Cut-Off Date," has been added to the District Info page. Users can enter a valid day and month in DD/MMM format, with the current academic year automatically appended to the ERS Cut-off Date. This ensures report cards retrieve the appropriate ERS test results for R1 and R2 reporting.

Kindergarten Communication of Learning Report Card: Version 4.1.

The Early Reading Screening (ERS) update for Elementary Report Cards (Grades 1-6), GradeBook, and Kindergarten Communication of Learning reports enables teachers to include ERS test results for students in SK, Grade 1, and Grade 2, aligning with the latest ministry updates.

Key changes include:

• Implementing rules for the ERS Cutoff Date.

• Removing the school ID check to allow ERS data reporting from any school.

• Ensuring only records from the selected academic year are considered for ERS reporting.

If the ERS Cutoff Date is not populated at the District level, the ERS section will remain blank for students in Grades 1 and 2 on the report card.

The reports have been improved to align with the Continuing Education: Register of Enrolment in Correspondence Self-Study Online Learning Courses report, ensuring consistent ADE calculation for correspondence courses. Previously, the report incorrectly expected the start time and end time fields to be populated at the section level, which is not required for correspondence courses.
