Provincial Reporting 21.8.2.0 Release Notes

PSSR-259988	All States/Provinces: Minimum PowerSchool Version for State Reporting - 20.11.1.0	The minimum supported version on PowerSchool SIS State/Provincial Reporting installer is updated. This can now be installed on PowerSchool SIS 20.11.1.0 or later. For details refer PowerSchool SIS – Supported PowerSchool Versions.
PSSR-269849	All States/Provinces: Contact Relationship Details Enterprise Report Update	Additional Reference: PSSR-270776, PSSR-260290 Contact Relationship Details (Enterprise Report): Version 2.0 Updated the Contact Relationship Details Enterprise report with the following changes: Corrected issue where phone, email, or address might not display when there is data in the contact’s record. Added second email address. Added many new student fields, including Track, legal name, legal gender, and guardian alert. Added all fields from the PersonCoreFields table. Added field-level security (FLS) support to all supported student and contact fields. Other design enhancements have been made, including a reset button and full-screen button.
PSSR-258130	All States/Provinces: Contact Tracing Report Update - Attendance Data	Student Contact Tracing Report: Version 1.4 The Contact Tracing report has been updated and now pulls attendance data based on a newly added report parameter. When this parameter is selected, the attendance for the selected students will be reported by Day/Period (depending on if the default for the student’s FTE is meeting or daily attendance).
PSSR-270782	All States/Provinces: Yearly Medication Inventory Report Update	Yearly Medication Inventory Report: Version 1.2 The yearly Medication Inventory Report is updated and will no longer pull invalid inventory records that result in a negative inventory value.
PSSR-268373	Enhanced “% of School Year” Field Calculation on French Cards Report	Student Record of Accumulated Instruction in French As a Second Language: Version 1.7 Logic has been enhanced to calculate “% of school year” accurately even if there are hidden in-session days outside of the school year dates in the school calendar.
PSSR-265106	EQAO 36 – JrKindergarten, SrKindergarten Not Calculated Correctly When Student Has Multiple ReEnrolment Records with Differing JK/K Timetable Type	EQAO Extracts: Version 5.1 The report was referencing the obsolete field, JK/K Timetable Type. The report enhanced to send default values for JrKindergarten and SrKindergarten fields. For students with reenrollment records belonging to JK or SK grades, the JrKindgarten or SrKindergarten fields are defaulted to ‘1 - This student attended full-day junior kindergarten.' Otherwise, fields are defaulted to '# - Missing/Unknown'.
PSSR-269046	French Cards – 19–20 Special Comment Due to COVID -19 Is Missing in Some Cases	Student Record of Accumulated Instruction in French As a Second Language: Version 1.7 19-20 special comment was not printing for students who moved to a new school in the 20-21 school year. This issue is fixed.
PSSR-270209	Language Program Minutes under New School/Edit School Are Not Showing on Page	The page has been fixed to show the Language Program Minutes.
PSSR-266007	New SHSM Program Type	A new program type named ‘SHSM- Food Processing’ is added with code ‘FPR’ under Special Programs Edit page at District Setup.
PSSR-269621	Security Updates	Updates are made to prevent security attacks in the Student Community Hours pages.
