Enhancements have been implemented to improve the performance of the dependency processor. Optimizations have been made to the processing of key tables. Adjustments have also been made to prevent unnecessary logging of records, resulting in improved overall performance.

On occasion, records can be stuck in the processing column for an extended period of time. The code has been reviewed and adjusted to prevent records from remaining in processing.

EDFI_IN_6: Fix to the Exclude from Me Flag for the Concurrent School Enrollment Records

An issue was found in which excluding the student from ME for the concurrent school enrollment record was excluding the student’s attendance record from getting published from the home school. With this release, this issue has been resolved.

EDFI_IN_6: Publishing Logic Updates to the Course Transcripts

With this State Reporting Release, the below-mentioned logic updates have been applied to the Course transcript data:

• The Summer Course Transcript data is now published for all the Summer Method Credit Earned Types.

• An issue was found in which the Course Transcript Records were going under dependency for the Summer Course Transcript data, which has been resolved.

• An issue was found in which the Academic Records were going under dependencies, with the dependency message of the student’s unique ID, this issue has been resolved.

• An issue was found with the alternative education program record, downloads, and the record, this issue has been resolved.

After getting the state reporting update, districts are advised to run a publish-all for the student course transcripts.

Updates to the State Student Pages and the State Course Name Field

With this State Reporting Release, the below-mentioned issues have been resolved:

• All state course names are getting saved correctly.

• The accommodation codes, such as CAL_OL_ALL, NE_STT, and BRL_UEB_UCTR, have now been moved back to the Accommodations page.

• The Teacher of Record field has been fixed.
