State Reporting 20.9.3.0 Release Notes

Calendar resources now auto-publish when CalendarDates resource is published. This resolves the CalendarDates dependency on Calendar resource.

Ed-Fi Attendance Code mapping is updated to include rows for mapping local Absent and Present attendance codes to the new State Attendance Categories. This mapping is at the individual school level, and multiple local codes can be mapped to a single state value.

The performance of the Ed-Fi Purge Processor has been enhanced to complete its process much quicker than before.

Filters have been added on all the publishing steps to exclude the disabled years from publishing, so that the publishing for the enabled years would continue and not be interrupted by the disabled year records.

A new resource for Ed-Fi / IN DOE has been created to enable publishing of Grading Periods and Sessions.

The Submit button on the Grade Scale Mapping page (Start Page > District Setup > Course Grade Mapping > Grade Mapping > New Mapping) no longer displays in the middle of the page. The Submit button now correctly displays on the page in the lower-left corner of the page.

To improve performance, multiple IN state reporting pages were updated to reference extended table fields instead of the legacy custom fields. Updated Student CRDC Pages, Stored Grade single entry page and Final grade mapping pages.

An Indiana specific section has been added to the School Info page. This new section enables users to view, edit, and save Calendar information into a new Indiana table: [S_IN_SCH_X]

The Exclude fields that had letters instead of numbers were causing errors. The following State/Province - IN tabs have been updated to prevent these Exclude field errors:
